The heat resistance of natural or synthetic organic rubber is improved by incorporating 3-30 parts per 100 parts of rubber of an organo- polysiloxane substituted with monovalent aliphatic hydrocarbon radicals having 4 to 20 carbon atoms, and (c) 0.1-15 parts per 100 parts of rubber of an organic peroxide. This composition can be vulcanized by heating. |
