System 100 for process fluid flow rate measurement in process pipeline 102 comprises flow limiter 108 in process pipeline creating differential pressure between input side of limiter 108 and outlet side of limiter 108. Differential pressure depends on process fluid flow rate. Primary and secondary pressure meters at inlet 104C, 104D are connected with process pipeline 102 at input side of flow limiter 108 and measure primary and secondary pressure at inlet. Primary and secondary pressure meters at the output 104A, 104B are connected with process pipeline 102 on outlet side of the flow limiter 108 and measure corresponding primary and secondary pressure at process fluid outlet.
