The power oscillator, for ultrasonic medical aerosol devices, has the primary winding of a transformer in the active component's circuit. The ultrasonic vibrator, e.g. a crystal, is in parallel with this primary or with a part of it. The secondary winding's voltage is used to control the active component. The active component comprises an RF power transistor in common-emitter configuration and with its emitter coupled via the primary to a supply pole.
