<p>Dental wax mixt. consists, by wt., of (a) 30-45% fully-refined paraffin contg. 0.5% oil and having m.pt. 54-56 degrees C (b) 8-25% neutral, plastic, micro crystalline hydrocarbon wax having m.pt. 68-72 degrees C, (c) 20-30% neutral hydrocarbon resin having m.pt. 90-100 degrees C and (d) 24-35% polyethylene wax having m.pt. 95-100 degrees C. Adhesive kneading compsns. are obtd. which can be re-used by dentist until an exact denture pattern is achieved.</p> |
