PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chauffeur service management system capable of achieving acquisition of a user and customization of the user owing to the merits brought to both the user and the restaurant or the like in consideration of the problem that the acquisition of the user and the customization of the user are difficult for a proxy company, and a chauffeur service management server and a chauffeur service management program.SOLUTION: A chauffeur service management server 10 determines an using area of the member based on positional information acquired from a member terminal 20 via a communication part 14, determines a proxy company to be used based on information of a proxy company information storage part 16 and the determined using area. Further, the alliance store is extracted based also on information of an alliance store information storage part 17 and the determined using area. The member terminal 20 acquires information of the proxy company determined via the communication part 24 and information of the extracted alliance store so as to be displayed by a display part 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
