PURPOSE:To eliminate the cutoff of the output voltage even in the spark discharge and electric shock, and to prevent the film breakages or winding, by using a constant-current high voltage wherein the average decrease of output voltage due to the spark discharge is controlled at a given volue or more. CONSTITUTION:A constant-current high voltage wherein the average decrease of output voltage due to the spark discharge is controlled at 20% or more is used as an output voltage applied from a high-voltage generator to a discharge electrode. The static charge based on the voltage is applied to bring a film-like molten polymer into contact with a grounded cool drum, and solidified. The controlled current to give a constant amound of discharged electric charge eliminates the adhesion of the molten film, and troubles, such as film breakage or winding in the film- forming step can be prevented. |
