<p>PURPOSE:To perform uniform drying with good heat efficiency by drying objects in low temp. with dry air by such a construction that the dryer's casing is coupled with a continuous type dehumidifier through a closed circuit. CONSTITUTION:The air incl. moisture which has come out of the dryer's casing 1 provided with a usual drying shelf 1a, is dehumidified in a moisture absorbing chamber 3 of the coupling type dehumidifier 2 and delivered to the dryer's casing 1 by the action of a fan 4. The air heated by a heat exchanger 8 is sucked into a regenerating chamber 7 of the dehumidifier 2 by the action of a fan 9, to perform regeneration of a rotor 10. At this time, the axis 11 of this rotor 10, of cylindrical honeycomb construction where flat plates 10a and wavy plates 10b made of zeolite asbestos fiber - mixed paper are laminated one on another cocentrically, is rotated by a prime motor situated outside the illustration, so that the air inc. moisture from the dryer's casing 1 is dehumidified under the passage in the direction of the arrow 14 due to the abovementioned rotation. In the regeneration part, on the other hand, regeneration of the rotor 10 is carried by the action of the regenerated hot-wind gas.</p> |
