In building a ship or a bridge, a easy, efficient, and cheap method of welding several longe materials standing in a line with the steel plate was described. The welding unit(u) of portal trolley(1) symmetrically comprised welding torches(2) automatic tracing controller(3), welding head(4), wire(5) and collectors(6) of the flux or scattering welds are on both the line simultaneously as the travelling wheel(8) is rolled by the independent apparatus(7) and(u) has a spare wheel(12) to move the unit.
