<p>PURPOSE:To manufacture an insulation board, rapidly, preventing the leakage of foamable liquid during manufacturing, by detachably mounting a frame having a key-receptor to a mould with a specially designed key. CONSTITUTION:A key 22 is screwed to each of the plural recesses 21 on the inner surface of a mould 20 interposing an elastic member 26 such as rubber, etc. bonded to a steel plate 25. A plate 4 is placed in the mould 20, and the position is roughly fixed with a positioning pin and hole. The mis-alignment between the key 23 and the key-receptor 19 can be corrected by placing frames 10, 10' detachable to the mould 20 by the key 22 and pressing the elastic member 26 with one end of a key- chamber 14. A plate 5 is placed opposite to the plate 4 interposing an insulation material 30 there-between, and the assembly is fixed in the mould 20. A foamable liquid is poured into the mould 20, and foamed to obtain an insulation board 2 having an insulation material 6.</p> |
