PURPOSE:To provide an excellency of dielectric constant, temperature change factor, dielectric loss, etc. with a sintering capable at low temperature, by means of adding a specific quantity of Pb (Mn2/3W1/3)O3 to be contained in a composite being composed of a specific proportion of PbO, Fe2O3, Nb2O5, MgO. CONSTITUTION:Pb(Mn2/3W1/3)O3 of 0.05 to 5.0 wt% is added to be contained in a composite, which is composed of PbO of 67.99 to 68.58 wt%, Fe2O3 of 0.61 to 8.51 wt%, Nb2O5 of 22.27 to 26.89 wt%, MgO of 1.23 to 3.92 wt%. For instance, each initial material oxide is compounded so as to provide the composite within the above described range with a wet mixing processed, and a calcination is made for two hours at a temperature of 700 to 850 deg.C, to operate a chemical reaction. This reactant is again pulverized and mixed by a ball mill to a degree of several us in particle diameter, with a polyvinyl alcohol of suitable quantity added as the caking agent, after a forming into a disc-shape by a forming pressure at about 3 tons/cm<2>, a tight-sealing is made in a magnesia porcelain vessel, with a final firing processed for two hours at about 850 to 1,000 deg.C, to obtain the porcelain base unit. |
