PURPOSE:To make a reclosing lock signal not to be outputted even for a detecting relay needlessly working when becoming only with a compensation current, because of an order and time for the fault removal at the time of ground fault of different phase, by means of locking the detection circuit after elapsed a certain length of time since a closing of the normally-open contact in the ground fault detecting relay. CONSTITUTION:Between a normally-open contact 14a of the ground fault detecting relay and a negative power feed end, is arranged a timer 16, with its operating contact 16a provided between said normally open contact 14a and a normally-open contact 7a of the cable fault detecting relay 7. In such constitution, the detecting circuit is locked after a certain length of time by the timer 16, resulting in no generation of needless reclosing lock signal. |
