PURPOSE:To improve a reliability of the power transmission, with an application not limited of the reclosing device, by making the order of reclosing firstly for the transmission side and secondly for the reception side. CONSTITUTION:With a fault of three-phase short-circuit caused in a transmission line 4, the protective relay works to trip a breaker 6 and 8. And after elapsed a prescribed length of arc extinction time, a reclosing device 17 and 18 produces a closing signal, firstly by a transmission side a-phase closng command signal 21a, a-phase breaker 6a is reclosed, followed by a generation of b-phase closing command signal 21b from a gate AND1 upon approval of successful closing of a-phase by an approval circuit 15a of a-phase closing after a delay time Td1 of the delay circuit 23, with said signal 21b closing a b-phase breaker 6b. In a similar way at last, a c-phase breaker 6c is reclosed. At the reception side, with a success of closing approved by a closing approval circuit 16 of the breaker at the transmission side, the breaker 8 is closed at the reception side by a closing command signal 22. |
