PURPOSE:To minimize the insensitive zone of control system as well as stabilize it with respect to a great delay of response of system to be controlled by letting it memorize an absolute controlled variable determined according to the deviation between target value and measured value. CONSTITUTION:The digital control unit 5 receives as inputs the deviation DELTAP between the target generator effective power P0 and the measured generator effective power P and then determines control pulse width, control pulse period, and control time to keep the control condition from the deviation DELTAP. Then, the control pulse width and the control pulse of pulse period thus determined are applied to the governor motor 2 through the amplifiers 6 or 7 during the control time. |
