PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device that can prevent printed materials including print defects from being printed out in large volumes without reducing usage convenience of users printing out the allowable printed material if blurring is a degree capable of checking out contents.SOLUTION: A position specification unit 301 is configured to specify a part where setting density is uniform included in image data to be formed on a transferred body such as a sheet and the like. A density detection unit 302 is configured to detect density of a density uniform part specified by the position specification unit 301 in an image formed on the transferred body. A determination unit 303 is configured to determine whether the density detected by the density detection unit 302 is lower density than a threshold to be set in accordance with setting density of a position having the density detected. An image formation halting unit 304 is configured to, when it is determined by the determination unit 303 that density of a plurality of transferred bodies is the lower density, halt a subsequent image formation in a continuous printing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
