PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-reflection film capable of effectively preventing reflection of light from a transparent support substrate made of glass, or the like, used for optical devices such as solar cells, and to provide a method of fabricating the anti-reflection film, which does not require the use of an expensive vacuum device or the like and comprises simplified steps.SOLUTION: An anti-reflection film is formed by coating a glass substrate of a solar cell with liquid glass to have a film thickness of 70-160 nm and a refractive index of 1.30-1.47 at a wavelength of 600 nm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
