PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable utilization of various mails easily.SOLUTION: A mail management program causes a computer to execute processing of: generating a management file setting a mail template text having information on a stationary part and a variable part according to the mail type and transmission destination information; acquiring the management file corresponding to the mail type; generating a mail in which the variable part included in the acquired management file is replaced with preset transmission destination information or not displayed; transmitting the generated mail to the transmission destination corresponding to the transmission destination information; and managing the mail in accordance with a response state to the transmitted mail.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
