A cct. which could be used as an IC, included signal current source(2) connected to the transistor(Q4) emitter, and series cct., control signal current source(1) and diode(D1), connected in parallel between the emitter and collector of the transistor(Q4). Output terminal was connected to the transistor collector. Random characteristics of a product were eliminated by regulating a DC output by linearizing characteristics of the control voltage vs. attenuation quantity.
