PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil tightness inspection device that accurately evaluates the amount of oil leakage in a seal ring in such a transient state as in a moment when a seal ring is beginning to receive oil pressure.SOLUTION: An oil tightness inspection device 1 includes: a shaft part 11 for fixing seal rings 2a and 2b; a transparent cover 12 covering the shaft part 11 and the seal rings 2a and 2b, forming a first space 3 and second spaces 4a and 4b in between the cover and the shaft part 11 by being sealed by the seal rings 2a and 2b; an oil supply part 13 for supplying oil into the first space 3; an imaging part 14 for taking an image of oil which is leaking from the first space 3 to the second spaces 4a and 4b from above the transparent cover 12 through the seal rings 2a and 2b; and a calculating part 15 for calculating the amount of the oil leakage based on the image of the leakage taken by the imaging part 14 and the inner diameter of the transparent cover 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
