FOAM COMPOSITION AND A PRODUCTION METHOD FOR A BUILT-IN CAR HAVING AN ELECTROMAGNETIC SHIELDING FUNCTION

The present invention relates to a foam composition for car interior having a function of shielding electromagnetic waves and a method for preparing the same. More particularly, the method comprises: a raw material mixing step in which an olefin block copolymer, crosslinking agent, foaming agent and a conductive additive are mixed; a raw material injection step in which the mixture obtained from the raw material mixing step is injected; a foaming step in which the injection product obtained from the raw material injection step is foamed; a curing step in which the foamed injection product is cured; and a washing step in which the cured injection product is washed. The foam composition for car interior having a function of shielding electromagnetic waves obtained by the method serves as a means for shielding electromagnetic waves in a car to shield electromagnetic waves generated due to the characteristics of a car effectively. Particularly, the foam composition may show excellent performance when applied to electric cars expected to have an increasing need in the future.
