The present invention relates to a composition including a reference gene used in an analysis on quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) for each pig variety, and to a method for quantifying the expression rate of a target gene using the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition for analyzing quantitative RT-PCR for each pig variety, including at least one reference gene selected from the group composed of pig-derived reference genes including PPIA, TBP, HSPCB, RPL4, RPS18, and TOP2B. The present invention further relates to a kit, a method for selecting the reference genes, and a method for quantifying the expression rate of a target gene derived from pigs using the same. The application of the present invention enables the accurate measurement of the expression rate of the target gene for each pig variety. |
