<p>PURPOSE:To generate anion always at constant level by providing an anion recovering electrode behind an anion generator and connecting this electrode to a high resistance which supplies current to an opposing electrode of the anion generator from a high voltage power source. CONSTITUTION:An anion generating part 8 is provided behind a dust collecting part 7, current is supplied to the + side electrode of this anion generating part 8 from the + side of a high voltage power source 3 via a resistance 11, and in the back of the anion generating part 8, a recovering electrode 13 which recovers a part of the anion generated by the generator is provided. This recovering electrode 13 is connected to the + side electrode of the anion generating part 8 or to the + side electrode of the anion generating part 8 of the resistance 11.</p> |
