Textile articles, partic, knitted fabrics, are bonded together by superposing the parts to be bonded, impregnating these parts with a liquid polyurethane prepolymer contg. free NCO gps. and crosslinking the prepolymer with cpds. contg. gps. reactive with NCO such as water, an amine, a polyol or a polyether-polyol. The bonds have good elasticity and mechanical strength. The article may be an underwear such as a hose or a slip. |
