PURPOSE:To improve the service by making a call to one called extension from an opposite direct trunk and by making a call to another called extension when the called extension gives no answer for a certain time. CONSTITUTION:A lift of the handset of calling extension EXT1 is detected by opposite direct trunk DRCT and a call to prescribed EXT2 is made by opposite direct trunk DRCT. If extension EXT2 gives no answer, opposite direct trunk DRCT detects it and makes a call to another extension EXT3. Consequently, the service can be improved. |
