When terminal IN is switched to a low level from a high level, Q4 is turned off from a turning-on state since Q1 is turned off from a turning-on state. At this time, since the accumulated charge of the base of Q4 is emitted through diode D2, the turning-off of Q4 can be made high-speed. Meanwhile, when terminal IN is switched to a high level from a low level, Q1 is turned on from a turning-off state, and Q4 is turned on from a turning-off state similarly. At this time, the potential change from the low level to the high level at terminal IN is applied to the base of Q4 through the capacity of diode D2, so that the base potential of Q4 rises rapidly and the turning-on of Q4 can be made high-speed. |
