Evaporative cooler for vehicle cab - has drain outlets extending from lowest part of dish which collects excess water draining from filter

The cooler has a motor which drives a fan and an atomising disc for water which drips onto it from a reservoir. The water dampens two wet filters through which outside air is drawn. This cools the air which is then discharged into the cab. The filters are circular and an annular dish between them collects excess water draining from the filters and the atomising disc. The dish has drain outlets at its deepest part spaced round it. They are connected to a common drain running across the top of the cab.
