PURPOSE:To make it possible to hold the thermal efficiency and separation and the printing quality at an excellent level by forming an exothermic resistor on a heat regenerative layer which is mounted on a silicone substrate and by making a semiconductor circuit for driving the exothermic resistor integral with the silicone substrate. CONSTITUTION:The exothermic resistor and drive circuit of a heat-sensitive recording head to be used in a facsimile are made integral so that the printing quality may be held excellent. A silicone substrate 1 is formed with a heat regenerative layer 2, on which an exothermic resistor 3 is furmed. There are forther formed integrally on the silicone substrate 1 a separating diode 4, a matrix connecting multi-layer wiring portion 5, a line driving circuit 6, a row driving circuit 7 and wiging conductors 8. Even if the silicone substrate 1 has a high thermal conductivity, the transverse conductivity is restricted by the layer 2 and its deeper regenerative portion 2d so that the thermal separation is not deteriorated whiel enjoying excellent printing quality. |
