<p>The tester current charges one or several capacitors. All the capacitors are periodically distributed at a given voltage through indicating instruments by voltage sensitive switches. A capacitor (5, 9) is provided in the circuit for each polarity, and the switching voltages of the two voltage sensitive switches (6, 10) are different, one being pref. 50 V and the other 4.5 V. The capacitors are connected in two antiparallel circuits with diodes (4, 8) in series with the capacitors. There is a circuit in parallel with each capacitor containing a LED (7, 11) in the series with the voltage sensitive switches.</p> |
