Body exerciser for chest muscles - has support with cord-suspended balls for throwing over shoulders, used with chair

The body building unit is formed by a horizontal support arm (3) with balls (6, 7) at its ends (8, 9) suspended from a flexible cord (4, 5). The surface of the support arm is smooth so that the cord can slide freely along it and both the cords and the balls automatically return to their original position. The chest muscles are exercised by drawing the left ball forwards with the left hand and then throwing it back over the right shoulder over the top of the support arm. This is then repeated with the other hand. The unit is preferably set up for use with a chair, the support arm being shoulder height and shoulder width.
