Lighting fitting using halogen lamps - has lamp with flexible optical to conduct light close to work surface

The lighting system is used for illumination of surfaces or objects by electrically powered lamps e.g. halogen lamps. The light emitter can be brought close to the surface to be illuminated without shading. The radiating light source (1) has a light collection lens (3) and a number of flexible arms (6, 7, 8) each provided with a light conductor and at one end with a light emitting head (9). The light conductors have envelopes consisting of plastically deformable plastics or metal hoses. The light emitting heads can be detached from the light conducting cable ends.
