PURPOSE:To make the temperature measurement possible by detecting the dip phenomena of an electronic range in the resonance frequency between a sensor unit and an exciting unit. CONSTITUTION:In an oven 1, a sensor unit 4 for foods 3 is disposed so that the exciting signals received by an antenna 12 are fed to a resonant circuit 9. In response to the output of a temperature detecting unit 6, on the other hand, the resonant frequency of the circuit 9 is continuously varied. Moreover, the resonant signals are transmitted from the oscillator 16 of an exciting unit 14 through a trap 19 and an antenna 18. When the resonant frequencies of the circuit 9 become coincident with the exciting signals, the dip phenomena are generated and are detected by a monitor 21. When this output becomes coincident with the output of a temperature detecting unit 22, a temperature control unit 14 interrupts the drive of a magnetron 2 and simultaneously the sweeping operations of the oscillator 16 of the exciting unit 14. |
