Skinless sausage machine - with magnetron heating through glass strip on microwave reflecting metal tube

Parent patent described a machine for the mfr. of skinless sausage in a heated tube with detectors for the heat input control. An axial strip along the tube can be replaced by a material which is transparent to microwaves (glass or ceramics) while the rest of th tube consists of metallic materials which reflect the microwaves. Application of microwaves reduces the time required to heat the sausage meat to boiling point still further to 3-7 min. depending on the sausage dia.
