Aid for slotting sail edge into mast - includes pair of angled rollers at bottom of slot to guide sail

The aid for slotting the sail edge into the slot in the mast has a pair of angled rollers (6) fitted under the widened part of the slot so that the sail edge can be fed under the rollers and turned upwards into the slot. The system can be applied to any slotting operation even on the boom. The rollers are mounted on a brace which is clamped into the bottom part of the widened slot. It eases the slotting operation especially in difficult weather.
