What is disclosed are organopolysiloxane latex compositions which are crosslinked by organofunctional silanes which compositions are useful for binding fiberglass fibers. Such compositions are, for example, N-( beta -aminoethyl)- gamma -aminopropyltrimethoxysilane crosslinked dimethylpolysiloxanes which have been prepared in emulsion using octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and octylbenzenesulfonic acid.
