The transportable work bench (1) has a cabinet contg. a number of drawers (6), a top plate (4) with a wire (5) and a set of wheels (8) fitted on brackets (7) on the rear-bottom end of the cabinet. The front of the cabine is closed by lid (13) with hinges at the front bottom end of the cabinet. The lid is kep in place by bolts when closed and when folded down serves as a foot plate for the worker to stand-on.
