Carbon material with intermediate adhesive layer contg. antistatic - which is aliphatic sulphonate in water and diffuses to surface rapidly during drying

Carbon material has a colour-forming layer on a sheet with an intermediate adhesion-promoting plastics layer, which contains a 10-20 C aliphatic sulphonate (I), dissolved in water, as antistatic. The incompatibility of the plastics and the water/(I) accelerates diffusion of (I) to the surface during drying, where it forms a conductive film, whilst the hygroscopicity of (I) ensures conductivity even after long drying.
