A flexible bar reinforced concrete pile is provided herein composed of a steel tube containing therein a plurality of jointless high-strength flexible bars, strands or bundles of bar or strand located axially along the inside wall of said steel tube, the remaining space within the steel tube being packed with prepacked concrete or mortar, and a method for constructing the same.
