PURPOSE:To enable an efficient filling-up work, by inserting a diverging part of a roller holder between the nip formed at a pin part, and by bringing a super hard roller, which is supported at the diverging part, into pressed contact with a shoulder surface as a result of twisting the roller holder. CONSTITUTION:Cutting works of a No.1 pin part P1 and a No.3 journal part J3 are simultaneously finished by means of a machine tool 1, and a pin cutting cutter 5 and a journal cutting cutter 5 are moved to a No.2 pin and a No.4 journal part J4 respectively. On the other hand, the No.1 pin part P1 is fitted in a space formed at each diverging part 12a of a roller holder 12 as a result of forwarding a pinion 9 positioned at the No.1 pin part by means of a driving cylinder 10, and simultaneously a pinion 9 is rotated as a result of moving a crank 15 by means of a driving source 16. This causes the roller holder 12 to be rotated as well, and causes a supper hard roller 13 being supported by the roller 12 to be brought into pressed contact with a shoulder surface 2c of the No.1 pin part P1. The shoulder surface 2c of the No.1 pin part P1 can thus be filled up. |
