PURPOSE:To quickly and positively detect faulty operation of a system by comparing data indicating operational positions of detectors in the actual operation with previously memorized data indicating programmed operational positions of detectors, such as limit switches, of a control system. CONSTITUTION:In the normal basic operation, limit switches LS-1-LS-5 are actuated after a fixed time since the starting point and memories 13-1-13-5 memorize the signals of a decorder 4 at the limit switch actuating point. The decorder 4 decords outputs of a counter 3 of a time signal generator D. In the actual operation, memories 22-1-22-5 memorize the outputs of the decorder given when the limit switches are actuated, then these memories are compared with the previously memorized memories stored by memories 12-1-12-5. When a error exceeds a fixed level, a warning signal is given. |
