PURPOSE:To facilitate processing and fabrication by integrally forming an installation part into which a case part on the opposite side to the negative pressure chamber side and a link penetrate and a fixing part for fixation on a housing from molding materials to constitute a vacuum assembly. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum assembly 15 is constituted by integrally forming an installation part 17 into which a case part on the opposite side to the negative pressure chamber side and a link 11 penetrate and a fixing part 18 for fixation on a housing 1 from molding materials, for example aluminum as metal or synthetic resin as insulating material. The fabrication of the vacuum assembly 15 involving a vacuum advance device 6 is completed by pressing the concaved part 18a of the fixing part 18 to the both side parts and to the lower part of a broken part 1b from upward the housing 1 and inserting the fixing part into the housing completely to the lower part. |
