PURPOSE:To simplity processing and fabication work by forming at least an installation part and a fixing part integrally to constitute a vacuum assembly and reducing the quantity of components. CONSTITUTION:A vacuum assembly 15 is constitited by integrally forming an installation part 17 into which a case part 16 on the opposite side to the negative pressure chamber side and a link 11 penetrate and a fixing part 18 for fixation on a housing 1, from molding materials, for example, aluminum as metal or synthetic resin as insulating material. The communication holes 17 formed on the installation part 17 allow an atmospheric chamber A to communicate to the inside of the housing 1. The vacuum assembly 15 consists of all constitution parts, namely the case part 16, installation part 17, communicating holes 17a, fixing part 18, concaved part 18a, and a protrusion part 18b, and is manufactured through one-process. |
