The protection device for the feet of cyclists, consists of a sleeve (5) fitted to the pedal and covering the foot end up to the entry to the shoe. It also partly covers the inside of the pedal. It has an external reinforcement on the upper edge around the foot entry area. The fixing of the sleeve to the foot hold is a part holding the foot strap (3). This is part of the sleeve covering the pedal. The sleeve fits by an internal tongue and holding the foot straps. The sleeve can have ventilating perforations.
