A magnetic machine is constituted from a stator and a rotor, wherein generally curvilinear shaped magnets 1 are housed in the stator with one end of each magnet close to the rotor 4 and the opposite end separated therefrom, all the poles of one polarity of these magnets being situated in the totality of the concave zones of the magnets and the unlike poles in the convex zones of said magnets, the ends of these magnets close to the rotor being situated so that each magnet covers, with respect to the centre of the machine, the geometric centre of the preceding magnet, the magnets of the rotor having magnetic polarities in a similar or opposite arrangement to that of the magnets of the stator, the rotating movement of the rotor being produced by the tendency of the geometric centres 3 of its magnets to be placed in alignment with the geometric centres 2 of the magnets of the stator. <IMAGE> |
