PURPOSE:For improving the degassing efficiency of shaft sealing oil, to promote the separation of oil and gas by heating said oil and the degassing by increasing the degassing surface area through the N2 bubbling of said oil. CONSTITUTION:Contaminated shaft sealing oil is heated by an oil heater 2 provided is front of a degassing tank 1, introduced in said tank 1, and let down through the tray provided on the inner circumference of said tank 1. While flowing in arrow direction from outside to center section through the clearance formed between the double cylindrical partitions 3 provided in said tank 1 after let down, said shaft sealing oil is degassed through the bubbling of the N2 gas jetted through the small holes of a pipe 7. The gas obtained through this degassing is released from the upper portion of said tank 1 into the atmosphere through a bent pipe 5, and said shaft sealing oil degassed is taken out from the bottom portion of the central section of said tank 1 and used again. |
