A machine for pulling out a drilling tube for a foundation pile, after concreting, is composed of a tightening collar consisting of several parts (2a to 2f), with a tightening cylinder (9) and a forked base frame. Those of the tightening parts (2c, 2d) which close the opening of the fork of the base frame, can be spaced apart by means of a closing twin-cylinder (16, 17) so that the fork is entirely free and the machine can be set laterally on a working position with respect to the tube. To close the tightening collar, the spaceable tightening parts (2c, 2d) are brought back into position and firmly locked together by means of a locking bolt (24).
