PURPOSE:To perfectly waterproofing noth a single-core wire and a double-core wire by providing a wire waterproof through hole consisting of a pair of single-core wire through holes and a slit connecting the holes. CONSTITUTION:A waterproof packing 6 made of an elastic material such as rubber is provided with a wire waterproof through hole 9 consisting of a pair of single-core wire through holes 7 arranged around the center and a slit 8 connecting the holes 7. In the case of single-core wires B, the wires B are driven through the holes 7 and the slit 8 is closed by elasticity, to effect waterprrofing. In the case of a double-core wire C such as a VA cable, the slit 8 is broadened to enable the wire C to pass through the hole 9, to effect waterproofing. |
