PURPOSE:To improve the performance of an X ray tube focus by providing a signal adjustor for adjusting the waveforms of the output electric signals of a scanning line selecting and extracting device. CONSTITUTION:Horizontal synchronous signals S1 generated from a scanning line selecting and extracting device 11 make a timing circuit 12 generate conversion instruction to an A/D converter 14 to regulate the timings for the read out and write in purposes of a memory 15. The input signals to a data converter B has their vertical synchronous signals or noises eliminated by a signal conditioner 13 so that they are fed as the signals S3 having the most proper waveforms to the converter 14. The signals S4 digitally converted by the converter 14 are stored in the memory 15, and the data are read out, if necessary, from a data display 17 by an interface 16 so that suitable format signals S5 are fed to a microcomputer 18.
