<p>PURPOSE:To remove protrusion part of a wood-edged sheet through cutting with ease, by forming a V-shaped crossection channel and a small channel parallel to it at the end of the back of a base to which a decorative sheet is bonded, and by bending the decorative sheet at the V-shaped crossection channel part. CONSTITUTION:The bendable decorative sheet 2, e.g., a Vinyl chloride resin sheet, is bonded to the surface of the base plate 1, e.g., a plywood. The V-shaped crossection channel 4 parallel to the side 3 of the base 1 is formed on the back 7 of the base 1; the small V-shaped crossection channel parallel to the channel 4, in its inner side on the back 7. The inner face of the channel 4 is coated with an adhesive. The end is bent toward the back 7 and bonded to the iner face by curing. The protrusion part 8 formed by bending is cut by the saw 9 until it reaches the small channel 5 to give the desired wood-edged decorative sheet. EFFECT:clean-cut surface.</p> |
