PURPOSE:To obtain a transfer drum for recorders which will not attract developing powder by constituting the entire part of a gap seal or the same plane side as the outside circumference of the transfer drum with a semiconductive material. CONSTITUTION:A feed roll 3 which is wound with a sheet form photoreceptor 2 in roll form and a take-up roll 4 which takes up the used photoreceptor 2 are rotatably provided within a transfer drum 1 and the entire part of a gap seal 7 disposed in the unwinding port 5 and take-up port 6 of the sheet is constituted by the semiconductive material, e.g., semiconductive resin 9 comprising containing carbon in an epoxy resin whose unit resistance and unit capacity are within a specific range. Thereby, attraction of developing powder may be obviated, staining of the drum surface prevented and good printing quality obtained. |
