发明名称 GRAIN SIZE CONSTRUCTION OF POWDERED SOLID FUEL BLOWN INTO BLAST FURNACE
摘要 PURPOSE:To operate a blast furnace under good conditions with enhanced combustion efficiency by regulating the grain size construction of powdered solid fuel to be blown into the furnace so that the fine grain part occupies above 70 wt.% and the coarse grain part below 15%. CONSTITUTION:The grain size distribution of powdered solid fuel such as dust coal or coke breeze to be blown into a blast furnace from a tuyere is regulated to the optimal distribution in which the fine grain part of below 200 mesh occupies above 70 wt.% and the coarse grain part of above 100 mesh below 15%. By this grain size distribution coke displacement rate is improved and combustion efficiency is enhanced without raising blast press. Since cheap powdered solid fuel can be used effectively in place of heavy oil, coke ratio is reduced.
