Novel aminoglycoside-aminocyclitol derivatives corresponding to the general formula: wherein R1 and R2, which are different, represent hydrogen or CH2NH2 and R is selected from the group consisting of: wherein R3 represents NH2 or OH and R4 represents wherein R5 represents hydrogen or methyl and the pharmaceutically acceptable acid addition salts thereof.
